Vanessa has been great during my tenancy in general. Friendly, personable, and all-round just a nice person.
Vanessa went above and beyond the call of duty towards the end of my tenancy, when serious unforeseen medical issues caused me financial hardship. Vanessa did everything she possibly could to help me out during this difficult time, showing compassion and willingness to work with me to resolve the matter in the best way possible for all parties.
Vanessa treated me more than just another number in the system, but as human being during this difficult time. Vanessa did everything she possibly could to work as ago between the landlord and myself to resolve the situation in the best possible way for both the landlord and myself.

We listed our house at 4pm on Tuesday and we accepted an offer at 10am on the Wednesday. She contacted prospective buyers through her database and had an inspection the very next morning. It was effortless on our part, stress free, and very professional. I thought selling a house would be a tough time, but it was the complete and total opposite! Thanks Katrina – awesome work!
